Christians want to help. It's part of our DNA. If we see someone not doing well in their work, we invest time to get them back on track. Psychology tells us, however, we can't help those who don't want it. We see this same wisdom in Jesus as well. He kept walking and called others to follow Him, no matter their situation. And yet statistics show that a whopping 26% of a manager's day is spent on under-performing employees.
