Roger Lamb

Founder and President
Roger is the visionary Founder and President of Disciples Today, a global non-profit media company that connects the 667 International Churches of Christ in 150 countries. He combines his experience as Preacher, Youth Minister, and Evangelist with 25 years of expertise in media production to help those seeking God.
Justin Renton

Chief Executive Officer
Justin is the incoming CEO of Disciples Today. Prior to joining Disciples Today, Justin served on the ICOC Communications Service Team for over a decade, overseeing the work on SEO and Reputation Management. He currently is the Chairman of the Southern African Family of Churches and along with his wife Irene they lead the Johannesburg Church of Christ. They have authored two books together, Healing of a Wounded Idealist and its companion volume. 
Shawn Sommerkamp

Chief Motivationeer
Shawn is a public speaker and ICF-certified professional coach. He became a disciple in 1991 in the US Navy’s nuclear submarine program. He later obtained a degree at UCONN while serving the Hartford Church as a campus minister. With a passion to shine the gospel light in corporate America, Shawn held leadership positions for several Fortune 100 companies including 11 years with General Electric and a Boston-based software start-up. He has over 20 years of corporate success through a wholehearted devotion to put God’s kingdom first. After becoming a certified executive coach, he founded Motivationeer™ Christian Coaching and developed a unique style that combines modern day organizational development, God’s word and professional coaching. Convinced that we are all put in career situations for a reason, he now coaches the faithful to make a world-changing impact through their career.

Teregi Coleman, CPC

Certified Professional Life Coach
Teregi is an ICF-Certified life coach and public speaker that comes to coaching with over 15 years of people-development experience. He has a deep passion for helping his clients flourish in every area of their life and enjoys seeing them live out their values with confidence and excellence. His desire is to see his clients experience lasting transformation as they move towards what matters most. Teregi has served as a campus minister, young professionals minister, and currently serves in the ministry with a focus on young and mature professionals. He holds a Masters degree in Positive Psychology, a Masters degree in Management, Associates degree in Coaching Psychology, B.S. in Human Services and is both an ICF-Certified Coach and a Board Certified Coach. Teregi and his wife, Dr. Anne-Marie Coleman, became disciples in 2001 and reside in Marietta, Georgia
Tim Sumerlin

Counselor
Dr. Timothy Sumerlin is a counselor and adjunct professor at the University of Denver. He is director of In Motion Counseling and, along with his wife, Jackie, created Disciples In Motion, an innovative recovery ministry and Grief Journey In Motion, a grief recovery ministry. Their two children, Tim and Danielle, along with their son-in-law, Adrian, serve with a mission church in China and teach English at a university. Tim has authored two books, Recovery Moving Forward and Grief Journey In Motion. Tim & Jackie travel internationally, teaching church leaders a variety of recovery concepts and other counseling skills and are members of the Denver Church of Christ in Denver, Colorado.

Stephen works internationally as an author, trainer, speaker, and consultant specializing in organizational growth. He has developed The Renaissance Advantage™ to help facilitators and leaders to breach impasses and achieve groundbreaking results. Stephen empowers individuals and organizations to openly seek adventurous learning systems for perceiving reality, facing serious challenges and optimizing their resources.
